Cristhian has been part of the Private Labor Law Department since 2011 and became partner of the Firm in 2018. In addition to being a lawyer, Cristian is also a political scientist graduated from Universidad de Costa Rica.
He has two master’s degrees: one in labor law and social security from Universidad Estatal a Distancia. The second one in procedural law from the prestigious Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. Both his law degree and masters’ graduation projects were passed with distinction and received recommendation for their publication. His graduation projects addressed different topics such as international framework agreements, trade union affiliation and brief legal procedures in Costa Rica and Spain.
Cristian obtained his law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica with a minor in “Technology, Ecommerce, Telecommunications and Intellectual Property.”
Since 2018 he has served as a professor of the Labor Law course at the Business Management School of Universidad de Costa Rica.
