Law graduate from the Dr. José Matías Delgado University since 2006 and master’s degree in Corporate Legislation from the José Simeon Cañas Central American University. He has experience as a preventive and corrective labor consultant for different national and multinational corporations. Author of the thesis “Contracting regime applicable to soccer professionals in El Salvador”, which has been the subject of journalistic and radio reports.

Jaime has worked for the Firm since 2012, partnering with BDS Asesores to open its regional offices in El Salvador. Jaime became a partner of the Firm in March 2014.

He has penned several pieces addressed to the business sector and published in different magazines and has also been speaker in seminars and congresses on current labor topics both locally and internationally. Jaime has gained extensive experience in providing businesses with legal advice on individual and collective labor law matters.
