First Degree in Law from UHISPAM, Nicaragua, with specialized post-graduate study in Nicaraguan Social Security Law and a master’s degree in Procedural Law.
Experience as legal counsel for various Nicaraguan companies, and member of the Ibero-American Association of Labor and Social Security (ANDTSS). Ample experience in the drafting of internal labor regulations, collective bargaining, audits of labor administration and administrative procedures, and labor legal audits.
Academic work is oriented around 3 foci: individual labor law, oral procedures in labor law, and social security. Currently working as a lecturer in the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua in Individual Labor Law, Collective Labor and Social Security Law, and Procedural Labor Law.
