Ana Silvia has a Law Degree from Universidad APEC of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she graduated in 2011. She is currently a student of the Master’s Program in Commercial and Corporate Law at Universidad Autónoma of Santo Domingo.

Ana Silvia has completed courses in Civil Procedure Law and enforcement remedies; labor and social security law in the Dominican Republic; and in human capital law and its impact on justice.

She has extensive experience as litigation lawyer in labor, commercial, corporate and civil law matters. She has counseled both individuals and SMEs and multinational companies on these matters.

She is an admitted member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic and of the Dominican Association of Labor and Social Security Law (ADDTSS).

From January 2022, Ana Silvia has been responsible for the Litigation Department of BDS in the Dominican Republic. She is fluent in Spanish and has high level of proficiency in English, both in oral and written form.
