Angie obtained her Law Degree with honors from Universidad de Costa Rica. She has a  Master’s degree in Corporate International Law. She has worked both as in-house lawyer and as Corporate Law counsel at different regional law firms.

Over her years of experience, Angie has been responsible for creating and implementing several compliance and legal department programs, developing business transactions, and negotiating contracts and complex structures, both as an advisor and as stakeholder. 

This combination of approaches has enabled her to enhance her perspective and quality of service in favor of companies, as she is well aware of the needs of the different departments and the complexity of each business. Angie has been working for our firm since 2022.
