Mery has a Law Degree from  Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho. She has served as labor law advisor and consultant, responsible for providing clients with customized and direct services. Mery has focused her legal practice in advising, supporting, and training the Human Resources and Administration departments and Management teams in all matters concerning labor law and employment relationships.

She has extensive experience assisting and providing legal guidance during administrative, inspection, and conciliation procedures before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as well as in private conciliation centers. Also, Mery has expertise in litigation matters, specifically in judicial collection, labor and civil procedures.

Mery has been working for our firm since 2022 and is currently a member of the Private Labor Law practice.
