Karla has a Law Degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado and is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice to practice as notary. She has 19 years of experience in corporate law matters and has served both as in-house lawyer and of-counsel for regional corporate law firms and transnational companies. Karla has also served as legal counsel of international organizations such as OAS and UNICEF in El Salvador. 

Karla is responsible for carrying out a number of negotiations between companies, and has extensive experience in the incorporation of legal entities, from the formation stage through the provision of ongoing assistance as required by said companies for their day-to-day affairs. Her knowledge on corporate and business matters and her certifications on topics such as “money laundering” have enabled Karla to access the necessary resources for enhancing her perspective,  thereby providing a better service quality to her clients.

Karla has been working for our firm since 2022.
