Adriana has a Law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica, with a specialization in Notary Law from the Postgraduate Center of Universidad Fidelitas.

She obtained her law degree in 2018, supported by the thesis “ Tratamiento de Ejecuciones de Garantías Mobiliarias en el Proceso Concursal Liquidatorio de Quiebra en Costa Rica” (Treatment of the Enforcement of Personal Property Guarantees in the Liquidation Bankruptcy Process in Costa Rica.)

Adriana has extensive experience in labor law and judicial collection procedures. Additionally, she has worked as a fraud investigator and has been involved in developing inventories for bankruptcy proceedings.

She has been working in the Public Labor Law Department of our firm since August 2021.
