Adriana has a Law Degree from Universidad Internacional de las Américas and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where she graduated summa cum laude.

She has served as Director of the National Office for Labor Affairs of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Chief of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Unit of San José; Head of the Legal Department of the National Office for Labor Affairs; and legal counsel of the Office of Legal Affairs; all of them within the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS).

Adriana is a certified mediator and conciliator, with extensive experience mediating for individual and collective labor disputes among unions and public institutions and private companies.

She has participated as facilitator and speaker at different courses and forums nation-wide on individual and collective labor law and alternative dispute resolution matters. Adriana has been working for our firm since 2022 and is a member of Grupo G4.
