Ericka has a Master’s Degree in Labor Law. She graduated from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and is a mediator, conciliator and negotiator certified by the International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce.

Ericka has served as civil and labor judge of the Judiciary. She collaborates with “elempleo.com” section of La Nación newspaper. Also, she is the author of published articles about Environmental Law for the MINAE. Ericka has also been trained in the Judiciary School (Escuela Judicial) and has served as speaker at several seminars on labor topics.

She has been part of our firm since 2019 and is currently a member of the Litigation Department.
