He holds a Law degree from the Dr. José Matías Delgado University since 2006 and a Master’s in Business Law from the José Simeón Cañas Central American University. He also completed a postgraduate program in Innovative Human Talent Management at ISEADE-FEPADE.

He has experience in preventive and corrective labor advisory for various national and multinational companies.

He is the author of the thesis “The Employment Regime Applicable to Professional Footballers in El Salvador”, which has been the subject of journalistic and radio reports. He has also authored several articles aimed at the business sector in various magazines and has been a speaker at seminars and conferences on current labor issues both nationally and internationally.

A professional with experience in business advisory on labor matters, both individual and collective.

Named by Derecho y Negocios magazine as one of the 45 most outstanding lawyers under 45 years old in 2023.

He has worked for the Firm since 2012, when BDS Asesores opened its regional office in El Salvador, and was appointed partner in March 2014.
