Lucía has a Law Degree from Universidad de Costa Rica, and is a current student of the Micro Masters Program in Human Resources Management at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (ULACIT).

Lucía has over 10 years of experience in the labor law advisory field. She has been working for our firm since 2015, providing counseling on different corporate labor law matters, including addressing day-to-day queries, drafting of legal opinions, participation in administrative conciliation hearings and in dismissal procedures involving employees subject to special protection regimes, involvement and coordination of sexual harassment and mobbing investigation committees, labor law compliance audits, and training on labor law matters, among others.

She has collaborated with different articles for the elempleo.com section of La Nación newspaper, for the online version of El Observador newspaper, as well as for interviews with NC Once and Giros.

Since 2024, she has held the position of Consulting Manager at our firm.
