Attorney and Notary Public graduated from Universidad Internacional de las Américas. Marcela has a Masters’ degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the Postgraduate Studies System of Universidad Estatal a Distancia.

Marcela also obtained a PhD in Law from the same university. She worked as an in-house counsel in the Government Sector for over fifteen years, serving in the Legal and Human Resources departments. Her activities included handling disciplinary administrative procedures as a governing body, attending to litigation cases in the field, analyzing and drafting regulations proposals, and issuing advisory opinions for the Administration.

Marcela has been responsible for reviewing significant Public Sector Collective Bargaining Agreements. She has been working at our Firm since 2019 and is a member of the Public Labor Law Department.
