Graduated with honors from the master’s degree for international lawyers of the prestigious Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Also, he worked as a summer associate at the New York City offices of Littler Mendelson, P.C. back in 2016. In February 2017, Marco passed the exam of the New York Bar Association and was officially admitted as a lawyer of that state in June 2021.

Marco has been working for the Firm since July 2012 in the Private Labor Law Department and became partner in 2018. He engages in serving and assisting clients from several industries, including technology, services, agroindustry, among others; in the handling the day-to-day affairs of employment relationships and in adopting strategic decisions on labor matters.  He specializes in drafting and translating legal documents from Spanish into English and vice versa, as well as in conducting in-house training in both languages.

In addition, Marco leads regional project management affairs for BDS Asesores across its offices in Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic, serving as a single liaison for clients when it comes to their regional needs.
