Yeris Nielsen

Yeris Nielsen has over 15 years of experience specializing in management-side Labor and Employment Law, focusing on the effective management of labor relations, foreign employee hiring, and both individual and collective conflict resolution. Her career is marked by a constant commitment to skill development in this field, achieved through national and international seminars and training sessions.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Political Science, and has complemented her education with a graduate degree in Strategic Administration and Business Management, as well as a Master’s in Business and Human Resource Management. She also completed two Diplomas in Labor Law and attended the BDS-ADEN Labor Law and Human Management Program. Additionally, she is an active member of ANREH, APEDE, and Amcham Panama.
Since 2017, she has been a partner at BDS Asesores – Littler, where she provides labor and employment, and immigration, services to local and multinational companies.
